1. General information

1.1. These Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions on which you use our short-term jobs platform.
1.2. By using our system, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the system.

2. Short-term Job Offers

2.1. The system allows users to offer short-term jobs to other users of the system.
2.2. Job offer providers (hereinafter referred to as employers) must provide detailed information about the nature of the job, salary, duration and other important criteria.
2.3. Workers (hereinafter referred to as employees) can review job offers and accept those that meet their requirements.
2.4. At the same time, the same user can offer jobs (i.e. be an employer) and accept jobs offered by other users (i.e. be an employee) in the system.

3. Ratings and Feedback

3.1. After the job is done, both the employer and the employee will have the opportunity to leave feedback about each other with star ratings (from 1 to 5).
3.2. Reviews must be honest and reflect the actual quality of work or service provided.
3.3. The system reserves the right to remove inappropriate feedback or take other action if it reasonably believes that the feedback is incorrect or misleading.

4. Remuneration and Payments

4.1. There is no cost to employees to use our system.
4.2. For business employers, using our system costs 5% to 10% of the remuneration they pay to their employees.
4.3. Employers, as legal entities, have the right to use the deferment of the tax system manager, applying the deferment period of 30 days from the day of job posting.
4.4. Employers can choose to pay the employee directly or use our system to process payments.
4.5. If the employer uses our system to process payments, he must transfer the amount agreed with the employee along with the already added 5% to 10% fee to the system administrator.
4.6. If the business employer pays the employee directly, the employer must separately transfer a 5% fee to the system administrator.
4.7. If the employer uses our system to process payments, we will transfer the remuneration to the employee through our system using the payment method selected by the employee.
4.8. Currently, the following systems are used for electronic payment orders: PayPal transactions (10% fee applies), Credit Card payments operated by PayPal (10% fee applies), IBAN bank transfer (5% fee applies). The payment execution process depends on our legal and technical capabilities and may be affected by the terms and conditions of third parties (banks, payment processors).
4.9. Private users have the right to publish up to 3 job offers for free within a 30-day period. The 4th and subsequent job offers within the same 30-day period will incur a job offer fee of 5%.
4.10. All users can choose to promote their job offers by purchasing job promotion points for a fee of up to 10% from the job's remuneration. These points will elevate the visibility of the job offer on the platform, providing better exposure to potential employees.
4.11. Business users can also use the rating feature, but a 5-10% fee, as specified in the current agreement, will still apply.

5. Cancellation of Job

5.1. Job cancellation can only be allowed with prior notice and tripartite agreement between the three parties - the employer, the employee and the system.
5.2. In the event that the job is cancelled, the system administrator will examine the situation and assess possible cases of abuse or wrongdoing.
5.3. If cases of abuse or wrongdoing are detected, the system administrator has the right to unilaterally impose sanctions or penalties, including the removal of the employer and/or employee from the system.
5.4. Knowing that the same system user could be both an employer and an employee, the applicable penalties are for the system user himself, regardless of from which, i.e. a misdemeanor on the part of the employer or the employee has been committed.
5.5. The system manager can inform the system users about the cases of abuse or wrongdoing he has discovered, but he is not obliged to justify them, and the system manager's decision regarding the applicable penalties cannot be challenged in accordance with the procedure provided by any legal acts.

6. Insurance, Income and Taxes

6.1. We are not responsible for insurance, income and/or other taxes that may apply to the employee and/or employer.
6.2. The employee and the employer assume responsibility and obligations regarding insurance, income declaration and payment of taxes, if such requirements are applicable according to the legislation of the country where the work is performed.
6.3. All disputes or disagreements relating to insurance, earnings and/or fees shall be resolved between the employee and the employer in accordance with applicable laws and regulations without any liability to the system.

7. Liability and Disputes

7.1. We take no responsibility for job offers or job performance. We act only as an intermediary platform between users and have no obligations regarding the quality of work or remuneration.
7.2. We do not control or participate in employment contracts between users. Our role is to provide a platform that allows users to find each other and negotiate the ordering and execution of short-term jobs.
7.3. All disputes regarding work proposals or performance must be resolved directly between the parties involved. We can provide assistance in the dispute resolution process, but the final decision and responsibility lies with the employer and the employee.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. We are committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring data protection. User data will only be used to ensure the proper functioning of the system, to submit offers for short-term work and to make payments.
8.2. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss or unwanted use.
8.3. Your personal information will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except in cases where it is required by law or it is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the system (for example, to process payments using service providers).

9. Restrictions on Use

9.1. We reserve the right to restrict your use of the system or deny access if you do not comply with these terms and conditions or engage in unfair, abusive or abusive behavior.
9.2. Restrictions on access to the system from certain countries may also apply.
9.3. We may also terminate your account or ban you from using the system if we suspect illegal activity or if your account is involved in unacceptable behavior or infringing activities.

10. Handling of Claims

10.1. If you have a claim or dispute regarding job offers or performance, please contact our customer service team, stating your claim and providing full details of the situation involved.
10.2. We undertake to respond to your claim as soon as possible and to examine the situation objectively and honestly.

11. Provisions regarding Changes to the Rules

11.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of changes through your account or by providing updated information on our website.
